Mindful Mini has 12 themed sections and can be started during any time of the year. However, it is recommended to start this journal at the start of the year, a new school year, or the day of your mini's birthday.
Each section has different activity pages related to planning, dream building, using creativity, self reflection, and documenting memories. Pages even include layouts that I normally use for my own personal bullet journal.
This journal is targeted for ages 7-12 years old (adults at heart) and can be done independently or together with friends or parents. I hope it becomes a resource for parents to deepen conversations and have fun as well.
